Hello User5000001,The most common cause of a transverse nasal crease is allergies.  The crease develops as people constantly try to wipe their nose (essentially pushing it up).  The allergies need to be treated prior to considering any other treatment.  Once the root cause of the crease is addressed, depending on how it looks there may be some options to improve the appearance such as skin resurfacing.  I hope this helps and good luck.
