If I am a 32dd with the 425 cc saline implants under the muscle, then how is it when i don't wear a bra that nobody can tell I even had surgery. The same thing when I wear any bra other than a bombshell or a bra from before my surgery. My surgery was sept 18 2014 should I expect any more change or is this my final result?

You appear to have a great post operative result! I always remind my patients that cleavage doesn't come from implants...rather, cleavage comes from bras so you will still need to wear a bra if you want to show off your cleavage. Your overall breast size has increased dramatically so I'm sure most people will see a difference, unless they are used to seeing you wear padded bras that gave you the illusion of a "D" cup prior to surgery. Based on the posted photos, I find it hard to imagine that people don't see a difference in your breast appearance. This looks like a nice result, and a rather dramatic size increase. It is very uncommon to have cleavage without a push up bra of some sort.  And because your breasts are somewhat widely separated, this is even less likely.By three months, the implants have settled in most patients.  There may still be some decrease in the bulging in the upper pole and more filling of the lower pole during the next month or so.All the best.
