I had rhinoplasty about 1 1/2 months ago. I feel like my nose is too upright and my internal stitches are still there. Imy smile is still a bit awkward and my upper lip feels cold at times. I was just wondering if all of this is normal ? I have read that swelling goes down in a couple of more months but should I be concerned?

This looks like a suture that the Doctor probably placed on the cartilage underneath the skin which has now been exposed. You should see your surgeon to remove this suture, otherwise it could cause further irritation. It's possible that once the suture has been removed, the redness will go away,

Thank you for your question. Although difficult to assess exactly what's going on, it appears to be the caudal septum. Schedule an appointment with your doctor so he can do a thorough exam.
