So I had breast augmentation 9 days ago under the muscle and I'm finally without any pain on my breast but under my arms it hurts a lot and where we usually shave I have a tiny lump on each armpit and it hurts to touch and it is very sore. Is that normal?

Your arm pain could be caused by the blood pressure cuff that was used during the surgery or it could be due to positioning during the procedure. Usually this settles in a couple of days.

Most plastic surgeons are trained to deal with tuberous breast deformities. This is still a challenging surgery because of the different characteristics of the anatomy. You should seek a consultation with different surgeons and ask to see before and after pictures.
