How long until you can workout after sliding genioplasty?

I am talking about body building type of workouts. Very strenuous workouts. Also I play basketball, and skateboard multiple times a week. How much time off from these activities should I expect after sliding genioplasty surgery? Thank you

Both these procedures can safely be performed together. Usually the worst part of the recovery is from the removal of the wisdom teeth (more swelling and limited opening). I routinely perform these procedures in my office under Intravenous sedation.
