Long face and maxillary hypoplasia. Custom midface implants and chin reduction? Jaw surgery? (Photos)

Question

I've spent loads on fillers which add a full look to my midface and not a projection which is what I need I had adenoid surgery and then the underbite and overcrowding corrected with braces (in a very sloppy manner) as a teen. Bite is oclccluded, overcrowding has returned which will be corrected. Filling the cheeks is only creating weird puffy smile. the entire midface needs pushed forward and lower face needs to be shorter and wider. What are my options? Leaning towards custom implants.

Thank you for the pictures. I agree that she has some weakness of your cheek areas and on profile view have a long face. You may need to have your Orthodontics revisit it and may need corrective Jolle surgery in addition to malar/cheek implants. If you choose a second option, then that would be male or implants and possibly a sliding genioplasty depending on your physical exam.

Provided that your bite issues do not require orthographic surgery (LeFort 1 advancement), a custom midface implant can create a similar result to your morphed image. For your lower face your morphed image shows a chin reduction and jaw angle implant augmentation. That combination will a create shorter and wider lower facial appearance.
