Thank you for your picture.  The left breast implant may be influenced by your muscle and swelling.  Please allow swelling to subside and the tissues to soften.  This should improve with time.  Best wishes

Thank you for your question.  Having a pulling feeling after breast augmentation is fairly common and happens when your pectoral muscles get activated.  The implants will settle over the next several weeks and you will get used to these sensations.  As always, make sure you keep you follow-up appointments with your plastic surgeon. Congratulation on your recent breast augmentation. Outstanding early result! It sounds to me like this is normal and likely caused by muscle spasms. Consider getting a muscle relaxant prescription from your plastic surgeon. Good luck. Dr. ALDO 

What you describe might be normal. Generally one side is always more tender than the other. At one week you are about 5 percent healed, settled, shaped, softened, dropped and fluffed. At one week, I wouldn't be too concerned.  Textured implants are designed to stay put, so they are naturally going to be more difficult to shift in the pocket.  The mobility will likely improve a bit with time.  I would recommend discussing with your surgeon for recommendations on how to manage.
