I want to have my back, inner & outer thigh, waist lipo & Brazilian Butt Lift before getting gastric sleeve surgery. Is that ok?

I want to have my back, inner and outer thigh, waist lipo and BBL before getting gastric sleeve surgery. Is that the right thing to do or should I do the gastric sleeve surgery before the lipo and BBL? I am 5'4, weigh 216, 3 pregnancies with 3 C-sections, non-smoker, had a lap band in 2010, lost 61 pounds, and had a tummy tuck and a breast lift/argumentation in 2012. Looked great, lap band slipped and was removed in 10/12/2013. I have gained about 52 pounces, my stomach is no longer flat,
