I want to have my back, inner and outer thigh, waist lipo and BBL before getting gastric sleeve surgery. Is that the right thing to do or should I do the gastric sleeve surgery before the lipo and BBL? I am 5'4, weigh 216, 3 pregnancies with 3 C-sections, non-smoker, had a lap band in 2010, lost 61 pounds, and had a tummy tuck and a breast lift/argumentation in 2012. Looked great, lap band slipped and was removed in 10/12/2013. I have gained about 52 pounces, my stomach is no longer flat,

Hello, Thanks for your question! When we decide to do the sleeve gastrectomy you have to know that you will loose weight from all over our body and we don’t decide wich part specifically. for your case, I would like to recommend getting the GS done first. As it can up your chances of getting to your ideal weight, futhermore, the weight loss can be an advantage for the plastic surgeon, as it also improve your health status in gerenal making the anesthetic time and recovery better for you.
