I strained after a breast augmentation? I am 4 days post op.

Its always best to consult with your surgeon after mishaps such as this.  If you notice any other symptoms such as swelling, you should make an appointment to follow up with your surgeon.

It is highly unlikely that an isolated strain caused any serious effect on your result.  Unless it was some kind of high impact below to the surgical area, it takes a lot of force to displace a well-positioned implant.  If you're very concerned, however, speak with your surgeon.Best of luck!

You most likely are OK. The short-lived pain is your body’s way of letting you know that it’s not ready for that kind of activity. I allow my patients to transfer their children from a high chair,car seat, or crib from the third day on. I hope this information is reassuring to you. If you are concerned, it is worth reviewing things with your surgeon.  The exertion can cause a hematoma to develop.  

It sounds like you're just fine. Of course you did the right thing protecting your daughter, and as long as the pain's resolved and you're resting, everything will be fine.

If it s just pain that subsided and you didnt get any volume enlargement of the breast there s nothing to worry about

Because your pain subsided quickly, iif you have no significant swelling or change in the shape of the implant it is very unlikely that she would did significant damage to your implant or breast.  However if pain recurs or there is a change in the appearance of her breasts he definitely should see your plastic surgeon for an examination.
