I strained after a breast augmentation? I am 4 days post op.

My family and I were all sitting at the dinner table when I noticed my 4 year old daughter was falling head down on the floor. I immediately grabbed her to protect her from hitting her head. I then had sharp pains in my right breast for a few minutes, laid down, now pain is gone but worried I did something in the inside. My daughter weighs 33lbs and my doctor told me not to lift anything heavier then 8lbs for 4 weeks. Should I be worried?
