I had my rhinoplasty with this Roland tohme over a year ago now which I don't even know how he is allowed to perform this kind of surgery in the first place. Its safe to say I am literally botched. My nose initially only had a hump and all I wanted was to modify the bone structure so as to get a straight nose. Now when I first got out of surgery I didn't think anything of the situation as I kept being told by him that my nose is inflamed and that it would get smaller over time. I'd like to say that my nose right now Is bigger and uglier than it ones was before surgery. I have waited months, I've waited over a year now in the hopes of my nose getting better and it kept on getting worse, so I couldn't wait anymore to do this review. The
"nose support" that was added to my nose is constantly moving when I want to blow my nose for instance I literally feel my nose being tilted to one side and have to put it back in place with my own fingers. It sounds crazy when its put into words but that's the sad truth I hoped to avoid telling. My nose is deformed from one side compared to the another and It's not assymetrical, the doctor literally admitted it when I went to him for a revision and had the audacity to ask me it was already deformed before surgery wasn't it? As if its not his job to fix that if it was the case when it WASNT even, he wasn't even capable of getting a normal looking nose done and now people are noticing my bad looking nose more than before. I'm just waiting at this point for another few months to pass before I head back for another surgery at a doctor I know is specialised in rhinoplasty and who will hopefully be able to fix this horrible doctor's mistake.

Very professional and by the book . I went to see him for a breast augmentation .he explained everything to me he s even the only doctor i saw who mentionned all the possible complications . He made me a 3D simulation of the expected result and we chose carefully the brand and volume of the implant . now i am at 3 months after the surgery i feel great and am really satisfied with the result

I had a great experience with dr. Tohme, he is honest straightforward and very conscientious. He will never recommend a treatment or a surgery if he is not convinced that you need it. The result is more important than money.

Dr. Roland Thome is the best plastic surgeon in lebanon. From my own experience i had Great results and great follow up before and after my surgeries. The first operation i did was liposuction ended up with amazing results. After a year i have done breast lift with implants also ended up with perfect results.
