Can I take Amoxicillin for seasonal allergies/possible sinus infection 2 weeks prior to Breast Augmentation? BA is on 3/30

 Thanks so much for reaching out.   In regard  to the anabiotic's to take for your sinus infection you should really see physician to make sure that is the best treatment. However in regards to having your surgery changed just keep in touch with your plastic surgeon if you were still sick around the time of your surgery they're likely wouldn't be a fee for rescheduling. Because the surgeon also would not want to operate on your wall you were sick.

It is very important that you that your surgeon know about any potential ongoing infections.  The risk of putting in an implant when there is any kind of current infection is usually unacceptable, no matter how inconvenient it is to reschedule.Best of luck!

If you have a sinus issue, then you should see your doctor and review this with him. If you are ill at or near the time of the surgery, then you may have to postpone it.
