I always recommend to my patients to have a personal or digital evaluation first with their chosen surgeon, which it will be better to be board certified, also.. If you don't have enough fat, it will be better for you to gain weight and then perform the procedure, it will give you better results.

You are by definition not a candidate for a BBL without an ample amount of fat.  In that context, buttocks implants would be the procedure of choice (although its not something I am a fan of).
