What can I do to heal my skin after a Salicylic Acid Peel?

I just got a Salicylic Acid peel and a Microdermabrasion done on my skin 3 days ago, but I was using retinol 2 days before the procedure and my skin is sooooo irritated. I am all burned and red. What can I do to help my skin heal the right way. I don’t want to stay like this, I am so scared.

Hello and thank you for your question. You can start by being gentle on your skin for the next 5-7 days. Use a gentle cleanser, a barrier repair moisturizer, and daily use of SPF, reapplying every two hours. Best of luck.
