What can I do to heal my skin after a Salicylic Acid Peel?

I just got a Salicylic Acid peel and a Microdermabrasion done on my skin 3 days ago, but I was using retinol 2 days before the procedure and my skin is sooooo irritated. I am all burned and red. What can I do to help my skin heal the right way. I don’t want to stay like this, I am so scared.

If you have accidentally pulled a piece of skin off prematurely after a chemical peel, I would suggest first, that you contact your provider at the office where you did the peel.Secondly, I would keep it moist and protected while it heals with Aquafor or Vaseline.  Strictly avoid any sun ex...
