I woke up yesterday with burns all over my cheeks from a product with 2% salicylic acid in it.

Hey, I was using it to get rid of acne but it made my skin red and patchy. I have been using Vaseline and Aloe Vera trying to keep it moisturizer, not to mention using Cetaphil's moisturizer as well. It doesn't hurt that much, but if it's dry it starts to hurt, what should I do?
