Could I be causing harm from raising my eyebrows after a rhinoplasty?

Having performed rhinoplasty for over 20 years, I have not experienced brow elevation harming rhinoplasty results.  If you feel this is happening , see your doctor and discuss your concerns.

I wouldn't worry about hurting your rhinoplasty one bit, but I would consider using some Botox (or Botox substitute) to lessen the tightness you feel if it bothers you a lot. The Botox will only work temporarily and go away after 2-3 months. Good luck!

Raising your eyebrows will not affect rhinoplasty results. Even in the acute postoperative period, eyebrow movement or grimacing won't affect healing. Eyebrow position is independent of nose job results. 

Stop worrying about eyebrow animation causing you harm. It will not have any negative effect on your rhinoplasty. 

I do not think raising your eyebrows or performing normal moments will impact your results. .........

I think it is pretty unlikely that anything you do with your forehead will affect your nose but I would discuss it with your surgeon.
