Glaze has been removed after improper cleaning, how can I get my veneers re-glazed without removal?

My emax caps and veneers have been cleaned improperly and the glazed has been removed. They used to be smooth. Now the surface is rough, dull, and prone to staining. How can I re-glaze them without removing them from my mouth?
