I would recommend seeing an orthodontist and considering braces to correct your smile. Best of luck.
From what we can see in the photo, yes, veneers would work. That's the short answer. The more in depth answer involves how many and which ones. The 2 lower front teeth need veneers, but so do the 2 or 3 on either side of the 2 front ones.By doing multiple veneers, we can make each one slightly narrower to allow all the teeth to come forward and create a beautiful smile. Then, we need to consider the bite. Are your upper front teeth hitting the lowers such that the lowers have been pushed back? If so, then some of the upper front teeth need veneers to bring them forward and avoid the contact.Yes, veneers can work very nicely and in a short amount of time. You may also consider orthodontics, either Invisalign or traditional braces. This is a less costly option, but would take much longer.Consult with an orthodontist and a qualified cosmetic dentist to hear what's best for you and fees for your area.
Hi:Veneers can be a possible option. It's best to consult an experienced Cosmetic Dentist to do a mock up (wax up) model to show you how your teeth will look before you start work. If money is a concern your best option is to straighten out your teeth with invisialign and then whiten them.Best,Dr. Maddahi
Your lower teeth are too crowded for veneers, you would get a much better and healthier result with Invisalign or orthodontics. Veneers could be an option after straightening your teeth. You would be able to retain much more of your healthy tooth structure with the preparation of veneers once they are all aligned properly .
Hello John,Without seeing x-rays it is difficult to say for sure, although possible, porcelain veneers alone may not be enough to give you ideal results. Combination treatment such is orthodontics and teeth whitening might give you acceptable results also conservatively.
If veneers were placed, with a desire to make APPEAR perfectly straight, you would likely need more than a few root canals, perhaps extractions, and a fee near $20,000. Braces wouldn't take very long (a few months?) and cost a FRACTION of that.
