I would like to straighten the two teeths on the lower arch whice is crowded and pointing outwards. I don't want braces. What are the cosmetic dentist options available? I thought about maybe crowns / veeners or some sort of bonding can make them look better? What is your advice?

Your lower teeth are too crowded for veneers, you would get a much better and healthier result with Invisalign or orthodontics. Veneers could be an option after straightening your teeth. You would be able to retain much more of your healthy tooth...
Hi:In most cases once the teeth move due to wisdom teeth eruption, the teeth do not go back to the original place. You might need orthodontic treatment again to align the teeth.Best,Dr. Maddahi
Placing new veneers can return your teeth to their original size. It will be expensive and inconvenient for you, though. I would recommend you commit to your new smile for 6 months, save up for the new veneers and see how you feel. Often times big changes can make one feel like they aren't...
