There are so many non invasive body contouring options out there, I’m not sure which would be best for me. I’m 32 with a 7 year old daughter with no plans for more kids. I’m 5’2 and currently 135lb.
Answer: Body Sculpting There are multiple treatment options available, if your goal is to reduce fat only then there are several devices that can just kill the fat cells, if you are looking for toning the muscles then options are there as well. For optimal results I would look at doing both to get not only permanent fat loss but also increase the tone of the muscles that will help maintain that appearance and allow the skin to tighten.I would schedule a consult and get the information you need to help you guide what you are really looking for. Emsculpt and Tru ID are combo's we use and are bringing on new technology to try to help those problem area's even more!

Answer: Renuvion and lipo non invasive options would give you 20-30% improvement and still cost you $3-6,000. Lipo with renuvion would get you to 50-70% with 5 days of down time costing $7-9,000, Tummy tuck would get you 70-90% costing $9-15,000 2-4 weeks of down time. with the right provider it's up to you to choose the best option for you.

Answer: Do the Emsulpt NEO and get both. I don't know if you're aware but BTL has released the EmSculpt NEO. This combinds the HIFEM from EmSculpt and the RF from Vanquish. That being said the EmSculpt NEO would be a very good option for you if you are interested in non invasive body sculpting.

Answer: Treatments based on etiology When making an assessment of someone’s abdomen we look at for variables. These are subcutaneous fat, skin laxity, muscle separation from previous pregnancies, diastases recti and excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat. In your case the primary problem is muscle separation and skin laxity. To some degree both subcutaneous and possibly visceral fat. The correct treatment is a full tummy tuck in. There is no good non-surgical option. Expect very subtle improvements at best from nonsurgical options. This include results that may not be visible on before and after pictures. Personally I would say skip nonsurgical options and save your money. Instead either do the correct procedure or accept your body the way it is. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
