Should I be alarmed about dent/crater/dip behind front tooth that previously fell out and was put back in by dentist? (Photos)

2 years ago, I fell and experienced trauma on both front teeth. The tooth that fell out was stuck back in in time. I had a double root canal and also got porcelain crowns. I’m going to the dentist tomorrow because my crowns “click” or shift when my tongue touches them sometimes. I took a pic and noticed behind the tooth that fell out there is a dent, should I be alarmed at this? If I attempt to wiggle the tooth with my fingers it does not move & idk if the dent has always been there or not.
