Is it normal to have a gap between crown and gums in three-tooth PFM bridge? (Photo)

About two months ago, I had a three-tooth PFM bridge done on teeth 11, 12 & 13. The abutment crowns are just fine, but on 12 (where the missing tooth was), there is a gap between the crown and my gums. I am able to fit a floss pick or fingernail in between. Is this normal? It has been this way since it was initially fitted, but I didn’t notice until a few days after the work was done and I figured it’d just go away after my mouth healed...
