Is the open margins on radiograph acceptable? (Photo)

The crown with root canal treatment on the left is done 9 months earlier from the radio graph was taken. I have been feeling irritation of gums right below the tooth (NO irritation elsewhere) everyday and realized that gums remain swollen and inflamed. Is the open margins on radiograph aeecptable? If not, what are risks and possible solutions to that? Thanks very much.
