I removed my submuscular silicone implants after 3 1/4 years on Feb. 4 2019, almost a week ago. I would like to continue minor low stress workouts such as: sit-ups and leg workouts and light yoga. I have had a smooth recovery so far, did not need any pain killers. Are sit-ups okay? Also I am not on any antibiotic, I had an allergic reaction after 1 day on Keflex, my surgeon said I would not need them so I was not prescribed an alternative

The capsules can be removed at a later date. Removal of the lymph nodes is not necessary. The silicone is inert, and in the absence of continued silicone leakage, the situation should stabilize. Waiting for a few months to let your body recover is not a bad idea. Rushing back into more surgery...
