I removed my submuscular silicone implants after 3 1/4 years on Feb. 4 2019, almost a week ago. I would like to continue minor low stress workouts such as: sit-ups and leg workouts and light yoga. I have had a smooth recovery so far, did not need any pain killers. Are sit-ups okay? Also I am not on any antibiotic, I had an allergic reaction after 1 day on Keflex, my surgeon said I would not need them so I was not prescribed an alternative
