I recently heard about the internal bra option for 2nd BR. My 1st was 17 yrs, 20 lbs, and 1 baby ago. I'm dense pretty dense. Few doctors, I'm met, use it. Is it crucial for perk? Thanks
Answer: Internal bra Thanks for your question! I think that the technique or surgeon style is why you look "bottom heavy". Also, that will happen with time and babies. With dense breasts, you should get a nice result with your next surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Helps, Not Foolproof While adding an internal bra to the procedure can help, it does not guarantee that the breasts will remain full at the top. Almost all breasts will bottom out eventually, but these materials can help the tissue remain tight for a longer period of time. As it is not absolutely necessary for a good result, I would forego it if the cost is felt to be excessive.

Answer: Breasts If you go smaller, you might be able to stay lifted. An implant can be placed behind the muscle for better upper chest fullness too.

Answer: Fullness in superior breast area Dear Dr Red Foxx, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
