How bad will my breasts grow a year or two post Liposuction? (photo)

Your breasts should not grow after liposuction.  Liposuction is a body contouring procedure, so a flatter abdomen and flanks may make your breasts look larger, but the size shouldn't change unless you were to gain weight. If you are an athlete  you may want to consider a breast reduction if you are concerned about the size. Although there're cases of breast enlargement after liposuction- there is no way as far as i can tell to determine who will experience this phenomenon. Additionally, since you are a runner and you have 34DD- you may consider- in addition to your liposuction a breast reduction. You may find this to facilitate your athleticism.

As long as you maintain your weight, your breasts should not be affected by the liposuction unless you gain a significant amount of weight and you are the type of person that gains the weight mainly in your breasts.
