Is Hip Implants typically safe for a kidney transplant recipient?

To get cosmetic sugery and of course if the nephrologist approved and if the recipient is doing well post op transplant. Im interested in hip impllabts and a few racial surgeries. I am 1 year post transplant and my both my creatinine and function are amazing.,so could the surgeries I mentioned be done if im healthy and my doc approved?
