Hi there, I'm a 33 yr old, 5'11, 180 lbs, dark-skinned West African male who got butt implants with fat transfer about 8 months ago from a plastic surgeon who specializes in male plastic surgery. I am generally ok with the result but I want my butt to have VERY noticeable projection and a round, plump bubble shape when wearing relaxed fit pants. Not going for subetly at all. Can hip implants complement my butt implants and give me the big bubble shape & projection I seek?
