Though hip implants are easy to place, they almost uniformly produce a poor result. I certainly take a lot of hip implants out or have to fix the defects caused by the removal of those hip implants. The truth of the matter is that hip implants are not camouflaged well, because there is very little tissue to cover that implant.

What you are referring to is the trochanteric depression of the hips which has become magnified now due to the buttock implants. Hip implants to complement the buttock implants is only an option IF the buttock implants are in a submuscular position.

There are hip plants you can get. Since you found a plastic surgeon who specializes in mail implants then I suggest you go back and talk to him or her about hip implants as well.
