Dear FlemingAriel,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I suggest you consider stopping while you’re ahead.Your body looks great and why you didn’t include before and after pictures your results look like your procedure was done by someone with skill and experience.Unfortunately implants have pretty high complication rates and the number of people who end up having problems or regret the procedure is substantial.Once something goes wrong it can lead to disfigurement leaving patients far worse off than before they started. The majority of plastic surgeons in the United States do not offer gluteal or hip implants. There’s a reason for this.If you move forward then make sure you at least pick someone who has absolutely mastered gluteal and hip implants and does them on a regular basis. If it was me I wouldn’t do it but you are not me.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
