From your photos, it is difficult to see the botched areas nor comprehend the required 6 revisions?? Photos of your journey would certainly answer this question.
A physical exam is required to answer whether a hip implant would be palpable or visible.

I’m sorry for your struggles. That area can be very vexing especially when overresected. There are some blending techniques that can be used to correct superficial subcutaneous irregularities to some degree. The number of revisions you’ve had and also the use of laser makes it harder. I recommend an in person consultation to get a better feel for what’s going on with your soft tissues and what’s possible.

After having had seven operations for this area I suggest you leave good enough alone and stop having surgeries. It looks like the final outcome looks reasonably good.
Implants, with a long list of complications and undesirable side effects. fat transfer will be extremely challenging in areas where you’ve had previous liposuction plus you don’t have much fat to work with.
You can always have in person consultations and talk about it but sometimes it’s best to know when to cut bait and leave good enough alone.
