I had my 3rd ptosis surgery 1.5 years ago. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

I had my 3rd Ptosis surgery on OCT of 2020. When I look down on my phone my eye seems to almost retain the same upright position, giving it the appearance that I'm looking up even thought I'm looking down. Also when I raise my eyebrow it appears more round while the normal eye is normal slanted height. But my biggest concern is that it doesn't operate close to what the other eye is doing. This is my biggest worry since I'm still young, can this be fixed?
