As seen, one eyebrow and eye seems droopy / extra skin / lower than the other.

You will likely benefit from left upper eyelid ptosis surgery but it is important to have more detailed evaluation by oculoplastics expert to determine.

A couple of microdroplets of Botox (or other neuromodulator, such as Dysport or Xeomin), should help to elevate and reposition the tail of the eyebrow and result in greater symmetry between the left and right brows  If additional elevation is needed an appropriate filler can be placed in the region to further support the brow.  For noninvasive treatments of the ptotic eyelid, a recently approved, prescription eye drops, Upneeq, would be worth an appropriate trial. The benefits of this are typically seen after the first application. Make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. In experienced hands the Botox/filler treatment should take no more than five minutes or so to perform. Best of luck.

It would help to see a photo which includes your forehead before suggesting a treatment option but, based on the limited information here, Botox above the lower brow would be useful. The question is whether something more should be recommended, perhaps unilaterally.  Bear in mind that most people have facial asymmetry at some level. Best wishes.
