Looking to get implants but have always desired smaller areolas. I know a mastoplexy would be ideal but I want to avoid the full areola scarring. Would it be possible to have a periareolar implant placement and have the lower half of the areola reduced in the process? I have used my own photo to partially remove lower areola without touching the upper half. My current shape appears to allow an acceptable shape as a result. I’ll also attach a photo of my goal result and her pre-op photo.
