How much can steroid injections narrow the Supra tip after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Question

I had surgery 7 months ago and I want the supratip to be narrower especially on the frontal view (everything is the same width right now). I would like more of an hourglass nose shape, with a narrow middle region. How much can an injection help narrow the middle? Ive attaches photos of examples I like.

Steroid injections in the super tip area or for lowering bulges seen on profile view. They are not useful for narrowing the super tip for an hourglass shaped nasal appearance. You appear to have a lovely nasal appearance after rhinoplasty. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

It is unlikely that a steroid injection or any filler will create the look you are envisioning, especially several months out from surgery.
My advice to you is to consult with some experienced in both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty (e.g., a board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon) so that you receive an expert and unbiased opinion.
