I’ve been using SkinCeuticals LHA Cleanser Gel & I just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant. How concerned should I be?

I’ve been using SkinCeuticals LHA Cleanser Gel for a year & I just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant. I’m freaking out since this product is listed as something you should not use while pregnant. I’m not using it now that I know, but I'm worried I’ve hurt my baby. Can someone please shed some light on how concerned I should or shouldn’t be about this since I’ve been using this product for 7 weeks of my pregnancy?
