Wide with slight crookedness - Full rhinoplasty or tip refinement surgery? (Photos)

I’m 22, 120 lb, and I have a bulbous nose. I also have deviated septum that I’m going to an ENT for to see if I can get septoplasty covered with insurance .I still want to fix how big my nose is from the front though. I like my nose bridge & I don’t think I would loook good with a stereotypical perfect swooped nose bridge - button nose. I mainly just want to fix how wide it looks from the front towards the bottom of my nose. And I hope the septoplasty will help with the slight crookedness. Would a full rhinoplasty be more efficient? Or am I good with just the septoplasty and tip refinement to get my desired results?
