What's your advice for lump after 360 lipo with BBL? (Photos)

Question

I had 360 lipo lipo with bbl. I got a lump on my left side. It won't even go away with massages. When i eat it gets bigger. It showed up 2 months after my procedure. It is very noticable.

Based on these, very limited photos, this is very likely residual fat deposit. It is best to wait at least 6 months before correction, usually conservative liposuction. This should be discussed with your surgeon. Good luck.

The first step may be to do an ultrasound of the area. Thank-you for your query. The lump , in your stomach area could be residual fat after liposuction, a muscle weakness or even a fluid collection. I would advise you to see your surgeon who can examine you and possibly get an ultrasound to check out the nature of the lump. All the best!

Based on the posted photos 1st step is an ultrasound examination to see if that "limp" in mid upper abdomen is fat, scar tissue, hernia?? In my office I offer ultrasound @ fee $500. To make a quality assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure patients need to show proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
In regards to your lump I recommend you follow up with your provider. He or she did the procedure and is responsible for the outcome.
Your pictures are not very good and we really can’t make any assessment based on those.
For body images take the picture using a timer on your camera from about 6 to 8 feet away standing in a neutral position showing your front side and back. you can crop the picture but we need to be able to see what part of the body is showing.
The lighting should be in the same direction that the camera shooting.
Don’t take pictures in mirrors or try to take a picture holding your own phone.
Use the timer on your camera or have someone else take the picture for you.
Better yet ask your surgeon to forward your before and after pictures and follow up with your provider regarding the outcome of your procedure. Perhaps you need a revision.
