Botched lip reduction - asymmetrical with visible scar lines throughout - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

is there any way to improve the shape and add volume to botched lip lift? would fascia graft to the lips help smooth out lips? all throughout the base of my top lip you see deep lines from sutures & it looks very bad. too much tissue was removed also, and im looking to add more volume. would fascia grafting to the lips help with this? my lips have also shrunk in width due to the lip reduction and i was wanting to achieve more fullness and width of the lips.
