I’m 21 years old white female, I have a lot of fat tissue on my eyelids and I want to get an epicanthic fold and shorter inner eye corners because they look too elongated and my eyes look too close to each other

This type of surgery is very unlikely to be done for purely "cosmetic" reasons; it is an extensive surgery that would need detachment and reattachement of ligaments that fix inner eye corner to the bone.  Based on these photos, it does not look like your intercanthal distance is too short, anyhow? It would be in your best interest to address this issue with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with craniofacial and occuloplastic surgery. Augmentation of the cheeks may be a real issue to address? Hope this helps. Good luck.
