Why are my implants so low and look like I could fit a pencil in the crease when my original breasts were perky? He did mod plus instead of high profile.. I that the reason or is it because he placed them wrong?

Breast implants probably sag similarly whether over or under the muscle. The muscle does not really hold them up. Sagging is often caused by skin quality and other factors. If a patient is going to have sagging breasts, often the implants stay in a good position and the breast tissue sags off...
Hello, in short there will not be much of a noticeable difference between the two sizes. The difference will be in the diameter of the implant. 25cc in volume is similar to about half of a shot glass. Depending on your breast width one might fill your width more than the other. A good question...
