My breast implants feel low, could this be to the profile or placement and should I be worried about bottoming out? (photos)

Why are my implants so low and look like I could fit a pencil in the crease when my original breasts were perky? He did mod plus instead of high profile.. I that the reason or is it because he placed them wrong?
