My breast implants feel low, could this be to the profile or placement and should I be worried about bottoming out? (photos)

A high profile implant would give you more volume in the upper poles of your breast, some capsular dissection with a capsulorrhaphy can raise your implant and bring it up higher. Hi. I think you have a nice outcome with your breast augmentation. The implants do stretch your skin but it doesn't look like your implants are low or malpositioned. It is always best to discuss your concerns with your surgeon so that he/she can help to offer a solution to try to make you happy with the outcome.

bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.
Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies.
If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.

From the submitted photos it appears that the implants are placed properly and are not bottoming out. Your breasts sit a little lower naturally on your chest well. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon about your concerns.

Naturally, your breasts do sit a little low on your chest and the bases cannot be lifted. However, one implant is sitting a little lower than the other. Once is exactly where it should be based on your anatomy. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
