Want to go bigger - doctor suggests 380cc or 410cc motiva round corsê - is this right for me? (Photos)
I’m 5’0” and 123 lbs. I originally had a 34B and received 205cc Motiva round Demi implants, which brought me to about a 34C. However, I feel like they still look quite small and didn’t give me the cleavage or overall fullness I was hoping for—I barely notice much of a difference. I’ve also been confused about my measurements. My surgeon told me my breast width diameter (BWD) was 12 cm, but earlier I was told it was 11 cm. On my scan, it shows a base width of 14 cm, so I’m not sure which measurement is accurate. I recently had a second consultation to discuss revision options. This surgeon recommended going up to around 380cc–410cc using Motiva Corsé implants. My concern is that Corsé has much higher projection compared to Demi, and I’m worried this might make me look too top-heavy or disproportionate—especially since it’s a big jump in both size and projection. For reference, my hip measurement is 38 inches (96.5 cm). I’m trying to achieve a fuller, more noticeable result with better cleavage, but still want to look balanced and proportional. Would implants in the 380–410cc Corsé range look overly projected on my frame? Is there an option similar to high-profile implants that could give fullness and cleavage without looking too round or top-heavy? I also worried I would end up with a long boob from side view due to the projection Any guidance would be really appreciated.
