Bad fibrosis after two rounds of abdominal lipo/bodytite/jplasma. What procedures would help with scar tissue? (Photos)

I’m 32F had my first ab lipo in january 2020 with body tite. Developed fibrosis after what I thought wasn’t good lymphatic massage from inside the same clinic where I had the procedure done. I then had my second round of lipo360/abs with jplasma in May 2021. Had more aggressive lymphatic massaging but U still developed bad fibrosis. I have tried cavitations, scar breaking massages, but to no avail nothing works. I’m very unhappy with how my tummy looks. i do not have loose skin to consider a tummy tuck as that is the last resort. What would be different procedures to be able to break all this scar tissue

It is quite difficult to give you a perfect answer for the condition you’re in. Definitely not an easy solution to a poorly performed liposuction. However, after an in person consultation, I think what you will find you need, is ultrasound assisted revisional liposuction with most likely fat grafting to the deeper indents. I don’t think you will obtain a perfect result in a single setting, but a lot of improvement can be done. Additional fat grafting may still be required, but on a much smaller schedule for considerable improvement. I hope this helps and good luck from.
