After breastfeeding for 2 years my areolas have enlarged and my breast are no longer symmetrical. I went from a B cup to a D cup. I would like to reduce my breast size, my areolas, and regain symmetry. Any suggestions on procedures?

Without photos it's difficult to say if you are a good candidate for this procedure. If your implants are large they may be putting too much tension on the areola tissue and stretching it. If this is the case and you keep the implant size the same it may reoccur with a subsequent areola...
I'm sorry to hear of your unhappiness with your breasts. The only way to address your concerns is through surgery. From your photo it appears you would be a good candidate for an areola reduction as well as an augmentation. This would improve shape and correct the puffiness that you mentioned.
Areola reduction would be the best way to address your concerns. You could downsize both breasts at the same time. There are many scar treatments available to promote favorable scar healing.
