I have just done breast augmentation with donut lift. My aeroras were huge and ugly to start with and it remained the same size aftee the surgery. I love everything about how my surgery went with the location and the size of implant minus big aeroras. I'd like to get a aeroras reduction surgery. My concern is, 1. Does it increase the risk of late CC?(since I have the implant) 2. How long should I need help until I can lift 30 pound kid?? Trying to see if it would be worth for it...thanks

I'm sorry to hear of your unhappiness with your breasts. The only way to address your concerns is through surgery. From your photo it appears you would be a good candidate for an areola reduction as well as an augmentation. This would improve shape and correct the puffiness that you mentioned.
Areola reduction would be the best way to address your concerns. You could downsize both breasts at the same time. There are many scar treatments available to promote favorable scar healing.
While in theory this may sound like a good idea, the reality could be not at all what your were hoping for. For something specific like this I encourage you to look at other alternatives, such as the tattoo option versus surgical creation of the shape.
