30 year old interested in facial fat transfer or mini facelift (Photo)

Question

At 29 i pretty much freaked out about being 30 and got a bunch of botox. I also had two sessions of morpheous8 and lower facial balancing with filler done. I ended up getting the filler dissolved in november... and now i just feel like i look hollow in my face. I think i should probably do facial fat transfer or a mini facelift. Please help me figure out what the best option would be

You look fine and I see no indication for surgical intervention.
Why did you reverse the filler? What makes you think that fat transfer may not also leave you concerned or unhappy about the outcome.
Facial fat transfer is by its very nature. unpredictable, imprecise, and potentially unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
 Fillers on the other hand are highly predictable, precise, and very forgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
I suggest you stop while you’re ahead and enjoy your 30th birthday.
