There is no problem getting your teeth whitened after Juvederm injections. Juvederm is place in the deep dermal layer of your skin which will not be affected through any of the methods used in teeth whitening.
I don't recommend dental cleaning or drilling after fillers for a few weeks if possible. There are bacteria which get in the blood stream during those procedures which can infect the filler.
I don't know of any reason why laser tooth whitening should interfere with your Juvederm injections. Go for it!
Best to ask your doctor. I tell my patients that if they feel a small lump, then they can massage it gently to flatten it.

It is difficult to say from this picture, if you are sure it was not there prior to treatment, then it is related to treatment. If however you are not sure, they may have pre existed and in this case would not be related to your injection and there are a variety of explanations for lesions like...
