Scar tissue not allowing implant to drop! Is this a problem that can be fixed without surgery?

There are a variety of treatments your Plastic Surgeon could use to address scarring and implant position but it does depend on when your surgery was and implant/placement. If your surgery was within the last month or so you may still expect some dropping of the implant. I suggest that you share your concerns with your surgeon and ask about non-surgical treatment options.All the best!

I reviewed your old posted pictures and based on the nipple position and amount of sagging, you will need surgery to lower the left implant. Your before pictures would have bed helpful. You may need to have lift if there were sagging before surgery. 

The first thing that would be important to know is how long it has been since your surgery.  If it is only 3 or 4 weeks, then you can expect that things will change.  How much is hard to say, but they usually do.  If it's more like 3 or 4 months, while things may still change some along those lines, it is likely they won't change much.  A lot of this depends also on what type of implants you have - textured or smooth, how the surgeon put the implants in - under muscle fully, under muscle with full release, dual plane, and it depends upon your tissues and how they interact with the implant.  Sometimes massage, downward stretching of the capsule, tension band/strap wear, and the like will help in these situations.  The best thing is to stay in open communication with your surgeon about your concerns and follow his advice closely.  Once you get to a point where things seem to be stabilizing, again, usually at 4 - 6 months, at least with respect to significant implant movement, you can re-evaluate the appearance and discuss your options more accurately with your surgeon.  Good luck.
