I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Sorry for poor results. I recommend secondary full open face/neck lift with SMAS plication, redo upper lip lift, either fat grafts or HA fillers to dents in malar pads. Fee $25,000.

Yes. You simply lost volume in your face after weight loss. This can be replaced. You are a great candidate for dermal fillers for you cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. The fillers will last 1-2 years depending on the specific filler used and location.
