I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Congratulations on your impressive weight loss!  There are many options available depending on your treatment goals.  With skin laxity a facelift would be recommended.  Other options that can provide some improvement are fillers.  You may look into Renuva.  This is a special filler that is designed to treat fat loss.  It gives some immediate improvement like HA fillers, but over time the filler is replaced by your own fat for longer lasting results.  Sculptra is another option.  I'll include a video that I hope you find helpful.

Sorry for poor results. I recommend secondary full open face/neck lift with SMAS plication, redo upper lip lift, either fat grafts or HA fillers to dents in malar pads. Fee $25,000.

Yes. You simply lost volume in your face after weight loss. This can be replaced. You are a great candidate for dermal fillers for you cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. The fillers will last 1-2 years depending on the specific filler used and location.
