Does alar retraction happen immediately after a rhinoplasty if it’s going to occur? Or is it something that takes months to develop? Would you have very arched nostrils post surgery?

Thanks fr posted 2 photos.You need to reconsider exactly what surgery you desire. Based upon the photos in my opinion you need full rhinoplasty.... So no dancing for 3-6 weeks post op. best to virtual consult wit... Fees $8,000-$15,000.
