I am in my late 20s and nasolabial folds and marionette lines have started to appear (view my photos) what can I do by the doctors office do reverse this? Can I plump my cheeks with a filler to get rid of the nasolabial fold , which filler is best to use for this purpose? What for products out there can help slow down process of Marionette lines and nasolabial folds ?

Hey Jellobello. Fillers remain the best option for someone your age to soften the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. The best filler for you would be determined after an in-person consultation and 3-D examination. The benefit of starting the process early is that you will need less product for more natural results. There are a lot of options for improving the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and this often means fillers for the folds/lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Thanks for sharing your question and photos. I think it's great that you are thinking about these issues at such a young age and how to prevent them form worsening. Dermal filler treatments are the best way to soften nasolabial folds and marionette lines and I prefer using some of the newer flexible gel hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane Refyne/Defyne and Juvederm Vollure. Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Sculptra can be injected into the midface (cheeks) to lift the face and address any age related volume loss. Sculptra has the benefit that it works by stimulating your skin to produce more of its own collagen which also results in better skin! Finally, it is important that you start using a good skincare regimen to prevent any further damage and this regimen should include a good antioxidant, broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen, retinol, and hyaluronic acid based moisturizer. Fillers are a great option for correcting nasolabial folds and marionette lines.  I usually recommend hyaluronic acid based fillers, such as Juvederm.  There are several different types of Juvederm (i.e. Voluma, Vollure, Juvederm Ultra Plus, etc.) and an experienced injector will be able to guide you in the right direction.  
Plumping the cheek is a beautiful way to decrease the nasolabial folds and to get a more youthful midface.  The filler I prefer for this is Voluma, because it is thick and lifts the cheeks very nicely.  
It is difficult to slow down the progression of these lines with any product, although I do believe strongly in the power of medical grade products to slow the progression of aging.  You can ask you provider which collagen stimulating products they recommend.

It would appear from your photos that dermal fillers could be used to  soften the folds.  There are many good products that can be used for this purpose.Any of the juvederm or restylane products could be used to treat this area.  I would suggest that you consult with an experienced provider who could advise you as to the best way to proceed..
