I am in my late 20s and nasolabial folds and marionette lines have started to appear (view my photos) what can I do by the doctors office do reverse this? Can I plump my cheeks with a filler to get rid of the nasolabial fold , which filler is best to use for this purpose? What for products out there can help slow down process of Marionette lines and nasolabial folds ?

Answer: Improving Marionette Lines & Nasolabial folds--fillers, sculptra, radiofrequency, lasers, peels There are a lot of options for improving the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and this often means fillers for the folds/lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. I think it's great that you are thinking about these issues at such a young age and how to prevent them form worsening. Dermal filler treatments are the best way to soften nasolabial folds and marionette lines and I prefer using some of the newer flexible gel hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane Refyne/Defyne and Juvederm Vollure. Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Sculptra can be injected into the midface (cheeks) to lift the face and address any age related volume loss. Sculptra has the benefit that it works by stimulating your skin to produce more of its own collagen which also results in better skin! Finally, it is important that you start using a good skincare regimen to prevent any further damage and this regimen should include a good antioxidant, broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen, retinol, and hyaluronic acid based moisturizer.
