At the age of 30, I've developed deep marionette lines and smile lines. What are some of the non invasive ways to treat them?

There are a lot of options for improving the marionette lines and this often means fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Thanks for sharing your question. Dermal fillers such as Restylane Refyne/Defyne and Juvederm Vollure are popular injectable treatments for laugh lines (nasolabial folds, marionette lines). I would recommend combining these injectable treatments with good sun protection, an antioxidant, hyaluronic acid based moisturizer, and retinol for best long term results. Good luck!

Marionette lines can be genetic and/or a normal process of aging.  Certainly, if your skin is very dehydrated, any lines will appear deeper.  Retinol is a wonderful anti-aging product, but you may only be able to use it every 3rd or 4th night if it dries you out or irritates your skin.
Ultherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound energy to tighten muscles and stimulate collagen production (which tightens the skin).  It can be used anywhere on the face, neck and even on the chest.  Fillers such as Juvederm are also an excellent, minimally-invasive option for improving the marionettes.
